We currently sourcing for an Administrative Assistant for a Multinational Pharmaceutical Company in Nigeria.
The Ideal candidate will be carry out the following responsibilities:
– Handling general administrative tasks and contributing to the achievement of the corporate objectives.
– Ensure good event organization and filing of all documents linked to PH activities.
– Coordinate travel logistics.
– Prepare sales report and upload on PH SharePoint. Stay informed and support with security situation monitoring and updates.
– Planning and follow-up of participation in local and international scientific congresses, for Pharma team and customers.
– Organization and follow-up of the Commercial Lead’s calendar and travel plans.
– Establish purchase requisitions and purchase orders; perform goods receipts
– Diploma or HND or University Degree
– Excellent communication skill, fluent in English, spoken and written
– Winning personality, open to interact with people
– High degree of self-motivation, ability to work under minimal supervision
– Good IT skills in MS Windows and Office
